Terms and conditions: |

20% of the total is due at the time of booking, to be sent to owner via bank-transfer.
The remaining 80% is due at least 15 days prior to arrival, via bank-transfer to the same account.
A security deposit of € 300.00 per week is to be paid directly to the owner upon arrival. This sum will be returned upon departure, withholding the cost of any damage or additional expenses.
In the event of cancellation, the following penalty charges will be applied: |
